- This Telemecanique XY2CJS15 Preventa XY2 emergency cable pull switch has a safety red colour and provides an alternative to multiple push button stations along a conveyor or around a machine. It has a pull button reset and can be signalled at any point along a cable up to 65. 6' (20 m) in length. It has one normally closed (NC) and one normally open (NO) slow-break contacts. It has a tapped entry for a PG 13. 5 cable gland and manual tripping force adjustment. It has an operating temperature range from -25 to plus 70 degrees C and meets the Ingress Protection (IP) 66 standard for protection against dust and spraying liquids and IP67 for immersion. This emergency cable pull switch is Underwriters Laboratories (UL) listed, Canadian Standards Association (CSA) certified, China Compulsory Certificate (CCC) and European Conformity (CE) marked, meets International Electromechanical Commission (IEC) and European (EN) standards. It conforms to the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directive, and is suitable for conveyor systems, packaging, textiles, transfer machines, presses, and paint lines, among other applications.
