This system includes 5 different resistance levels (3lbs, 7lbs, 12lbs, 17lbs, and 22lbs), with 2 cords per resistance level, for a total of 10 resistance cords, each cord contains a built-in rubber gripped handle. System also includes 1 door strap anchor, 2 power rack anchors, 2 exercise charts, and a carrying bag. Improve Upper Body and Core Performance - This system includes 2 exercise charts developed with Dr. Teddy Willsey DPT. 1 double sided exercise chart includes carefully selected shoulder training exercises while the other double sided exercise chart includes carefully selected core training exercises. These exercises are designed not only to help improve strength and stability, but sports performance as well. Most Durable Hole and Plug Connection - The hole and plug connection between the resistance tube and the end members is designed to be safe and durable. Able to withstand thousands of repetitions. Each resistance tube is wrapped in a high strength protective sleeve that protects the cord from the sun, over-stretching, and injury in case the band snaps during use. Convenient System Ready To Use Immediately - This system includes everything you’ll need to start reducing pain and improving shoulder strength and performance right away. No need to purchase additional equipment.
