Once enrolled, your fingerprint data is used only to verify that it matches the enrolled fingerprint data. It isn't possible for someone to reverse engineer your actual fingerprint image from this stored data. After registering the security key with your accounts, just press the button when prompted to do so during the log-in process to give you access to your accounts.
