Connect the LED product to the power socket. 2. Start the device searching on the ZigBee Light Link Gateway which may take some time.(If the Gateway does not find the device, pls plug power off/on or make a reset.) 3. You can assign it to the different rooms/zones/groups after the Gateway found your device. 4. Now you can use the device. Reset: Method 1: Long press the “Reset” button more than 3 seconds, The strip lights will blink rapidly 5 times and full bright It clear the network (reset) successfully. Method 2: 1. Switch on your device. 2. Now switch off and on within 2 seconds. 3. Repeat off/on four times. 4. Reset is done when the device is switched on in the fifth time and the light stays on after blinking 5 times. Notes: The Zigbee Strip Controller works with ZigBee Light Link Gateways / such as , Homee, Smart Friends and Amazon Echo Plus and the 3rd generation Echo must be connected to the Zigbee Hub If the gateway cannot find the device and reset can't work, please try to restart the router and gateway.
