- Standard 15-Liter Moonshine StillThe "Standard" distiller is equipped with a fully welded reinforcing column, consisting of a crossbar, condenser, elbow, and refrigerator.Operating Principle of the "Standard" Moonshine Still: At the top of the column sits a condenser where some alcohol vapors condense and trickle down the walls and nozzle as reflux. The rising alcohol vapor from the cube encounters the descending reflux throughout the column's height. As it ascends, the vapor sheds heavy impurities, enriches in alcohol, while the reflux, on the contrary, gives off alcohol and becomes saturated with tail impurities, trickling downwards. This process separates alcohol-containing vapors into components. The volatile fractions enter the refrigerator, while the low-boiling ones return to the cube. The "Standard" moonshine still comes with 2 thermometers to monitor the raw material heating temperature.
