- SureCrete ElastoShield is a ready-to-use, water-based elastomeric membrane for waterproofing and crack prevention. Designed for use with SureCrete overlays, it can also be applied under tile, stone, foam, or other finishes. The coating applies pink and dries to red, making it easy to confirm full coverage during installation. ElastoShield forms a continuous barrier with strong adhesion and high flexibility, reducing the risk of cracks transferring through to the finished surface. This single-component product contains no solvents, requires no catalyst, and can be applied with a brush, roller, or airless sprayer. It cleans up with soap and water before curing and covers about 150 square feet per gallon, depending on surface porosity.
