PORTABLE & COMPACT -- Our Double Burners forge is portable and powerful, high quality. POL CGA-510, works with a standard propane tank . The forge body is made of steel 16 gauge (1.5mm). DFP burner (240.000 BTU), We combined this forge with powerful DFP burners that provides a welding temperature 2700°F / 1482°C. Which is powerful and efficient, enough for heating and bending of most metals, tempering and heat treatment of small knives & agricultural tools. QUICK & EFFECTIVE BURN -- ① The forge have 2 burners, their distance between the burners centers is 200mm. ②The nozzle increases the burner's efficiency and has lasting longer. Its operating pressure range 1 - 25 PSI. ③Air choke valve is present on the top of burner, which regulate the amount of air that is mixed with the propane during combustion. ④GAS PRESSURE REGULATOR, gauge with Mpa monometer. Pressure Range 0-0.6Mpa (0.1Mpa - 1Bar - 14.5PSI). INSULATOR & CONDUTOR -- Interior used with 1'' thick high density ceramic fiber blanket has outstanding heat insulation and flexibility, offer excellent temperature keeping. The fiber blanket’s capable of maintaining warmth for several hours, thus reducing fuel consumption and increases the burner's efficiency. For better insulation effect, designed with add a blanket door. The firebrick providing both superior strength, durability and resist high-velocity firing. USGE INSTRUCTION -- Step 1: Assemble all parts of the forge. Step 2: Connect the forge with a standard propane tank. Step 3: Put the fire brick into the forge. Step 4: Put a lit combustible into the forge. Step 5: Open all the gas inlet valves. Step 6: Adjust the gas pressure to control the firepower. NOTE: A good burner must have air choke! If the burner doesn't have it, You can't reach maximum temperature because you need a different quantity of air on different pressure!
