The Better Boat Box Anchor solves this with a double sided design that digs into the bottom from either direction. If wind or current pushes you over the anchor, the opposite set of flukes catches and resets automatically. No dragging, no spinning, no resetting. Standard fluke anchors only grab from one side and require a 7 to 1 scope ratio with a separate chain. This box anchor holds at a steep 2 to 1 ratio with no chain needed, which means you carry half the rope and less gear overall. The flukes lock into position with spring loaded pins and fold completely flat when you are done. A 26lb anchor that stores like a briefcase instead of a bulky fluke taking up half your bow locker. Hot dip galvanized steel resists rust and corrosion in salt and fresh water, the same coating used on bridge cables and dock pilings. This is not the thin zinc plating on cheap anchors that chips off in one season. The 13lb box anchor is sized for jet skis, PWCs, skiffs, and sport boats up to 21 feet.
