- My DRIVE THE SUN series began with an Aptera prose simply called “My Aptera.” I wrote my first Aptera prose that was then posted on the DRIVE THE LIGHTNING YouTube Channel August 13th, 2022. I pre-ordered my solar powered Aptera in April of 2022. I continually searched for updates after pre-ordering it, wanting to learn more of Aptera’s progress, production timeline, and eventual delivery. That resulted in my discovery of Chad & Sarah Monroe’s DRIVE THE LIGHTNING (DTL) YouTube Channel. The first words for the first Aptera prose, “My Aptera” came from a growing excitement and endearment of the vehicle shared on and by the DRIVE THE LIGHTNING YouTube Channel. I continued writing new prose with a drive that was fed by the enthusiasm of other future Aptera owners seen in videos created and hosted by the fun, joyful and informative (DTL) dynamic duo of Chad & Sarah Monroe. My writing and prose memes have continued to evolve, improve with an almost daily exercise in creating new content inspired by the vision Aptera gives us of possibilities for the future as it gets ever closer to production. This addition of 75+ more pieces of Aptera prose brings the total pieces to over 600 with the addition of this 6th book to the DRIVE THE SUN book series, APTERA PROSE CONTINUES RISING. My gratitude and thanks to both Chad & Sarah Monroe and their DRIVE THE LIGHTNING (DTL)YouTube Channel, to my supportive family, Aunt Sylvia Manheim, Cousins Karl & Camryn Manheim, my sisters Penni, Dara and big sister Laura Jane Nuchow Vural, co-traveler in writing with the biggest heart, most positive, sweetest soul & her wisdom as my rock, safe harbor, and timely rescuer, and of course to the founders/Co-CEOs Chris Anthony & Steve Fambro, their team of and at Aptera Motors for the perseverance of a vision to create solar mobility. I was fortunate and so excited to sit inside the Aptera production intent vehicle on display at the CES 2025 show in Las Vegas. I look forward to getting my Aptera to write more prose and my first novels inspired from driving and experiencing many new adventures of wingless flight with its off the grid solar mobility freedom of movement. The DRIVE THE SUN solar powered prose book series continues. APTERA currently is finishing production of its 10 validation vehicles. The Aptera solarverse continues in VALIDATING A VISION. the 9th book of the DRIVE THE SUN series. Aptera went through rigorous 3rd party validation and real-world road testing before setting up its first line with sequenced stations to assemble ten vehicles for final validation including crash testing and certification prior to beginning low volume production in its Carlsbad. California plant. My solar powered Aptera prose and future novels are all dedicated to winning the revolution in transportation as a gift for children today and tomorrow to have the freedom of movement driving on and off the grid with clean, sustainable solar mobility powered by the sun in a green, and beautiful world.
