Aluminum core for even/quick heat distribution and prevents hot spots. Solid stainless steel lids creates a seal to keep in temperature and moisture for flavor. Riveted handles with a V-shaped design stay cool and are comfortable to hold. Large variety of pieces for multiple uses. Induction compatible.
